Othello

This is one of Shakespeare's most profound and thought-provoking tragedies. We will be reading Hamlet and Macbeth in class; they explore the classic themes of ambition and revenge. Othello brings up more complex and darker (no pun intended) concepts of race, as well as betrayal and revenge. I'll post again later - what do you think?
